At Yohlar, we have a huge ambition to unlock people’s innovation superpowers through embedding the mindset, skillset and toolset required to fix things and make them better.
To support our growth, we are building our team of freelance innovation practitioners to deliver our suite of qualifications, particularly our Level 6 Award in Business Model Innovation.
We don’t do boring, our style is fast paced, provocative, inspirational, and highly experiential. If you match our style, and are passionate about innovation and its role in tackling some of the biggest challenges facing organisations and the planet, then we would be super excited to hear from you.
Although full training will be provided, it would be beneficial if you had experience and knowledge in the following areas:

- Innovation delivery
- Design thinking
- Business Model Innovation
- Person centred coaching
- Behavioural profiling
- Pitching for investment
- Business performance diagnosis
- Peer learning
- Workshop facilitation
- Experience of online facilitation and platforms (e.g. Mural/Miro etc)
- Training course development and delivery
- Ideally experience of delivering qualifications and assessment

What’s important to us is that you have a genuine passion for innovation and are energised by developing people and unlocking their innovation potential.
Although our ambitions are international, our initial delivery requirements are focused in the North of England – so good connectivity to the North is preferable.
